We are happy that you are ready to adopt a rescue dog! Please fill out the application below. It is very important that you provide well-thought answers to the questions being asked. This is our way of getting to know you! The information that you provide will help us make a life-long match for the rescue dog that you're applying for. Incomplete applications will not be considered, please do not skip questions.
Once you submit your completed application, a volunteer will respond via email within 48 hours if your application meets our requirements upon initial review. You will not get a response from us if your application did not meet our requirements for the specific dog you are applying for. Please do not send a follow up email asking if we received your application. We do not respond to these emails, and it only slows down our process of reviewing applications. Thank you in advance for respecting our volunteer's time and efforts.
Our approval process has 3 steps: 1) we will check vet and/or personal references provided, 2) a virtual home visit, and 3) a phone interview. Upon approval, an adoption contract will need to be signed and we will collect an adoption fee (this covers previous expenses of the dog- appropriate vaccinations, altering, microchipping, and transportation fees.)
Under 6 months- $495
6 months to 2 years- $450
2 years to 6 years- $400

Due to the pandemic climate of our country, our Rescue has implemented a new protocol for adoptions of dogs younger than 6 months old. In-person meet & greets are on "paws" for the health and safety of our foster volunteers. Instead, we are happy to provide video/photos as a way to "meet" the dog before bringing them home, ultimately limiting exposure for you and our foster families to just the pick up, which can be done safely outdoors.
